SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Once you have placed your order you will recieve a tracking code from Australia Post, which will enable both you and EEE to track your order.  Generally we anticipate 3-4 business days for domestic delivery (of course this may vary due to Aus Post) 

Your shipping will be calculated at checkout, and may vary depending on size, weight and location.  Keep an eye out for our FREE SHIPPING promotions.  We do offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150.00.

 

For international shipping the price will be added at checkout depending on the product size, weight location.

Return & Exchange Policy

* If you have purchased an Epona Elite or FairPlay Australia product from one of our 

stockists, you will need to contact them to arrange a return or exchange.

Our returns policy lasts 30 days.  For any orders that are past 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We only offer returns on items that are purchased directly from Epona Elite Equestrian, in unused and in original sale condition (unworn or used).  Original tags and packaging must also be accompanied with the item, item may be tried on for fit, but not worn or used. You will also need to provide proof of purchase receipt.

To receive an exchange on sizing and items purchased directly from Epona Elite Equestrian please email us at info@epona.com, please include your order number, receipt or proof of purchase, name and phone number and which size you need to exchange your item for, we will then be in contact with you, we may require you to fill out our returns form.   available here.....

There will be certain circumstances that a refund may be refused or only offered as a part refund, the discretion of the circumstance will be discussed with the purchaser at the time. Such situations may include but not limited to eg. item not being in original condition, item being damaged or elements not due to our error.

Once we receive your return form and item we will inspect the item and advise you of further action.  Purchaser is responsible for the postage of the return item, we advise that you also opt for a tracking number, to ensure that your item/s reach us successfully.

Returns will not be accepted for sale items. All returns need to be shipped to Epona Elite Equestrian 17 Lawler Lane Coldstream 3770
